• Experience with various Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC) agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates, such as noted directly below, and in the absence of any such ACEC agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for any particular situation noted directly below, then development and implementation of original agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for all such situations:

 

• ACEC Document 31 - Engineering Agreement Between Client and Engineer;

• ACEC Document 32 - Agreement between Engineer and Sub-Consultant;

• ACEC Document 35 - Project Management;

• ACEC Document 36 - Agreement of Studies and Reports; and,

• ACEC Document 39 - Agreement between Owner and Owner’s Engineer for Design/Build Projects.
