• Experience with various Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates, such as noted directly below, and in the absence of any such AIBC agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for any particular situation noted directly below, then development and implementation of original agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for all such situations:

 

• AIBC 6C: AIBC Standard Form of Contract 6C Between Client and Consultant;

• AIBC 6C-H: (For Healthcare Projects in British Columbia) Supplemental Conditions to AIBC Standard Form of Contract 6C Between Client and Consultant; and,

• AIBC 8C: AIBC Standard Short Form Contract Between Client & Consultant.
