• Experience with various North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates, such as noted directly below, and in the absence of any such AIA agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for any particular situation noted directly below, then development and implementation of original agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for all such situations:

• General Presidents’ U. S. Navy Ship Maintenance Agreement;

• National Construction Agreement (NCA);

• Standard Project Labor Agreements (PLA);

• Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Construction Agreement;

• TVA Labor Relation Supplements; and,

• TVA Maintenance and Modification Agreement.
