• Experience with various Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates, such as noted directly below, and in the absence of any such RAIC agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for any particular situation noted directly below, then development and implementation of original agreements, contracts, documents, forms and templates for all such situations:

 

• RAIC 6: RAIC Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services; and,

• RAIC 9: RAIC Canadian Standard Form of Contract Between Architect and Consultant.
