  • Typical EB-5 Program-related tasks, such as completing the required anti-money-laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) checks and retaining licensed intermediaries, consultation regarding the maturity of the applicant’s investment (generally within five years from the effective date of the investment), petitioning for permanent resident status or to remove conditions on an applicant’s permanent resident status and then subsequently petitioning for the applicant to become a US citizen, pre-application consulting on EB-5 Program eligibility criteria, preparing applicants for visa interviews, preparing required documents for the EB-5 application and the transfer of the investment to the US, providing guidance regarding available investment projects and Regional Centers, petitions to the USCIS.
