  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering and interpreting procurement contracts for materials and services related to architecture, capital equipment acquisition, capital improvement projects, engineer/procure/construct (EPC) projects, engineering, facility maintenance, plant turnarounds and transportation (such as carrier, marine, rail).
