• Working knowledge of various specialized aviation insurance coverages, such as: air transit; aircraft charter; combined single limit; corporate jet owners and operators; fixed-base operators (FBOs); fleet owners and operators; ground risk hull (motion); ground risk hull (non-motion); helicopter owners and operators; in-flight; non-owned aircraft; passenger liability; private use owners and operators; public liability; turbo-prop owners and operators.

• Working knowledge of various specialized maritime insurance coverages, such as: bumbershoot; cargo; cargo policy static extensions; charterer's legal liability; commercial hull; commercial wet marine; free of capture and seizure (FC&S); hijack and ransom; increased values; longshore insurance; maritime employer's liability; marine excess; marine general liability; marine pollution; marine reinsurance; maritime programs; protection and Indemnity (P&I); ocean cargo; ocean marine; ship repairers' legal liability; shipper's liability; spoilage; vessel pollution; war risk; wreck removal.

 

• Consultation regarding the legal aspects of the various coverage provisions of the various products.

 

• Reviewed existing industry and competitive research to identify customer needs, and then supported the legal aspects of strategic go-to-market plans for the launch of new products and releases.

 

• Authored and reviewed advertising copy and messaging with marketing communications and sales teams to articulate compelling marketing and product positioning based on product distinctions, and to ensure the accuracy of the language in compliance with state and Federal advertising requirements.

 

• Partnered with sales development team to implement strategic training initiatives regarding the legal aspects of the products for the sales force.
