  • To counter attacks on reputation, assembled then directed teams of subject matter experts (SMEs) in advertising, blogging, influencing, internet management, market research, media management, media relations, public relations, publications, radio, social media, television and vlogging, to formulate a clear, concise, focused and simple message to address in detail each element of the attacks systematically and expeditiously with facts, on every media platform and in every media outlet where the attacks had appeared, targeted to the same specific audiences and age groups that the attacks had attempted to influence.

 

  • Provided risk assessments and recommended courses of action to mitigate future claims and losses.

 

  • Conducted spot audits and on-site evaluations of risks and implemented loss controls to assist with underwriting.

 

  • Developed recommendations to reduce exposures, based on past performance.

 

  • Presented safety and risk management training for both internal and external personnel.

 

  • Monitored updates in federal and state regulations, and communicated changes to management.
